There are four factors to consider when setting yourself up for being productive. The quality of work your are aiming for, how much time you need to dedicate to the task, the importance of your task, and the urgency of it.

The two last factors are lifted from the Eisenhower Matrix together with quality and time they give you more precise guidance on what to to spend your time and when.
